At the end of a cul-de-sac, nestled in the heart of a pine forest, this Holiday cottage welcomes you to an exceptional natural setting, with a breathtaking view of Mont Julien, the Pagnol hills and Sainte-Victoire.

Designed for comfort and Wellbeing:
- A large, bright loft-style living room with corner sofa, sofa bed and bookcase, enhanced by an open fireplace and a mezzanine converted into a large office space (2 desks, printer, screens...) with an unobstructed view of Sainte-Victoire, ideal for combining Telework and inspiration.
- Kitchen with 4 gas burners, extractor hood, dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee maker, food processor and bar.
- A pantry with American fridge/freezer (water, ice and crushed ice dispenser), washing machine, tumble dryer, oven and microwave.
- At night, 4 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190cm and 2 beds 160x200cm) await you. The capacity is advertized for 6 people, but the Holiday cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 8 and occasionally 9.
- Spacious bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower, double washbasin.

Outside, the hillside Piscine (5.3m diameter, 1.35m deep, open from May 15 to September 30) and Jacuzzi (open when the pool is closed) overlook the valley. A covered area with pizza oven and plancha promises unforgettable evenings.

Facilities are up to modern standards: Wi-Fi fiber, connected TV, full baby equipment on request (no extra charge), private enclosed parking for up to ten vehicles.

Bed linen, towels and heating included. Wood for the fireplace provided free of charge on request. End-of-stay cleaning optional.

Dogs welcome free of charge, cats not allowed.
