Gite adjoining the owners' mas, on a farm. Old basin transformed into a swimming pool (18x8 mx1m) secured by alarm, accessible from 01/06 to 15/09, not accessible from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Ground floor: dining room with dining area and kitchen area (4 gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and small household appliances), flat screen television.
Relaxation lounge with sofa bed, flat screen TV, desk and armchairs.
Bathroom with walk-in shower and basin. Independent WC with washing machine.

Upstairs: 2 south-facing bedrooms, one with double bed (140x190) and single bed (90x190), one with double bed (140x190), cot and directly adjoining bathroom with shower 70x100cm. Independent WC with washbasin.

Central heating included in the rental. Sheets and linen on request (rental), cleaning on request, internet connection (wi-fi + wired).
Barbecue plancha (gas), private terrace with trellis of 50 m² and garden furniture, shared open courtyard of 200 m², shared parking 20 m from the gite. Garden of 1000 m² with grass and shaded by old plane trees. Composting possible.

This cottage is at the crossroads between Aix en Provence, Salon de Provence and the Luberon.
