Ground floor: living room with sitting area, 2 sofas + armchair, flat-screen TV. Separate kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). 2 interconnecting bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed (140x200cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm). Shower room. Separate WC.
Upstairs: spiral staircase leading to 2-person bedroom (160x200cm). Private shower room/WC.

Electric and central heating (€60/week). High-speed WiFi.
