Located on the first floor of the owners' villa, the Holiday cottage du Faneou has a private terrace and private parking.

It comprises :
- A living room with sofa, 107cm flat-screen TV, connected stereo system, reversible air conditioning. Dining area for 4 people.
- A separate kitchen with removable 2-burner induction hob, fridge/freezer, combined oven/microwave, small dining area for 2, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and filter coffee maker.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers and air conditioning. The bedroom does not open to the outside, but has interior windows overlooking the kitchen.
- A bathroom with 110x70cm Italian-style shower, washbasin, WC and auxiliary heating.

Private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.

Free access to owners' garage with washing machine.
