Le Gîte d'Epicure

The Gîte d'Epicure is an unusual accommodation made up of chalets located inside a very large 150 m² living area, with private terrace and garden.

Situated between the sea and the Etang de Berre, halfway between the Camargue and Marseille's calanques, the Epicure gîte is unique. It is located on the owners' land, but is totally independent of them, and has its own private above-ground swimming pool (5.5 x 3.4 m, 1.22 m deep, open from May to the end of September).

It comprises a very large living room of 150 m², on one level, with spruce chalets laid out as rooms.

The living room features several dining areas, a lounge with corner sofa, several sofas and armchairs, library and games. 2 additional convertible sofas, possibility of accommodating 2 extra people, for a total of 8 people (extra charge of €20 per night per person). Fully equipped kitchen with 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
3 chalets converted into bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190cm), storage space and a desk.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, WC with hand shower, heated towel rail and bench.

Private 20 m² terrace with garden furniture, 6000 m² shared garden with owners.

Reversible air-conditioning. Additional electric heating not included (flat rate/week). Bathroom linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Wifi access. Private parking on enclosed property.

Complete baby kit on request: high chair, cot, toys, bathtub, potty, toilet seat reducer...

Pets accepted free of charge subject to conditions: removal of droppings compulsory, categorized dogs prohibited.
