All on one level. Bright living room with TV, sofa and dining area, opening onto shaded terrace. Fitted kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and extractor hood. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200 cm). Bathroom with WC, double washbasin, heated towel rail and beautiful Italian shower.

Private outdoor space with 2 terraces (south and west), 1 with pergola, gravel courtyard and garden area. Covered shed shared by 2 gîtes. Pets allowed by prior arrangement with owners. Internet (wifi). Tourist tax not included. Reversible air-conditioning.

Valérie Merveilleux séjour
C'est la deuxième fois que je viens et je suis ravie de mon séjour! Le lieu est calme et reposant. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à la maison pour se sentir bien. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants!

Propriétaires discrets mais toujours présents, avec un accueil merveilleux.
Certainement y revenir avec grand plaisir.
Lieu tout près du centre de Gémenos et proche de divers sites à découvrir en voiture et en randos...

Madi superbe
Très beau gite situé dans un endroit bucolique avec tout le confort souhaité et juste à quelques km des plages de Cassis, un grand merci aux époux Lerda pour leur gentillesse et leurs disponibilités, et surtout l'accueil qu'ils donnent à leurs hôtes un joli bouquet de leur domaine, des légumes et un dessert généreusement offert , inoubliable . Nous recommandons ce gite et y retournerons sans hésitations…
