- A vast 85 m² living room with high ceilings: sitting area with comfortable 3-seater sofa, coffee table and poufs, connected flat-screen TV. Dining area for 8 people. Fully-equipped kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, hood, American fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double central island with dining area. Billiard table. Half-floor sitting area with books and cushions. Entrance hall with storage cupboards/cloakroom.
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, storage units, cleaning utensils and selective sorting.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, large dressing room, bathroom with bath and Italian-style shower, washbasin and separate WC.

First floor:
- A 1st mezzanine on the courtyard side with 1 double bed 140x190cm (additional sleeping possible, not counted in the capacity displayed as no light occultation).
- A second mezzanine with 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed 140x190cm, chest of drawers, bathroom with Italian-style shower, washbasin and WC.

Private gravel courtyard of approx. 200 m², enclosed by an electric gate, with parking for up to 3 vehicles. 20 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Octagonal above-ground pool (diameter 4.1m, depth 1.20m, open from mid-May to end of September).
