Philippe, an artist, will welcome you to his magnificent Alcinoos garden, where you can discover sculptures, a rose garden (over 4,000 rose bushes), priest's gardens, vegetable gardens... The property is a place to recharge your batteries and reconnect with the Earth and its treasures.

Secured communal swimming pool (salt water) 12x6m, depth 1 to 1.80m, set in greenery, open May to September, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

On one level (just a few steps down), Philippe's Cottage comprises :
- Entrance with cupboards and washing machine.
- Living/dining room with dining area for 4, armchairs, coffee table and flat-screen TV. Large bay window opening onto terrace.
- Kitchen with 4-burner gas stove and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and reversible air-conditioning.
- 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds 90x190cm and closet.
- Bathroom with 80x80cm shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.

Private 20 m² gravelled and shaded terrace. Communal parking on the property.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this all-inclusive accommodation: gas central heating, reversible air conditioning, wifi, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Additional person beyond 2: €150 per week.
