The Gîtes Syflor are located in an 1810 house, which houses 3 guest rooms and the owners' apartment. The center of the village of Eyragues is only 100m away on foot, and the property is perfectly situated for discovering both Avignon and its treasures, and the beauty of the Alpilles and Luberon, with their perched villages.
Located on the first floor, Le Cocon is a 2-person gîte with private terrace. Entrance via a shared corridor.
The apartment comprises :
- A living room with open-plan fitted kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, 6-place dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Dining area with high table and 3 stools. Living room with sofa and connected flat-screen TV, direct access to private terrace.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm and closet. Safe-deposit box. Direct access to terrace via French window.
- Bathroom with Italian-style shower 80x120cm, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.
Private 12 m² terrace with garden furniture.
1 parking space.
The gîte has access to an outdoor area shared by all 3 gîtes on the other side of the building: large covered terrace area with garden furniture, grassy garden and shared fenced swimming pool (5x10m, max. depth 2.5m, open from 15/04 to 15/10).
Wifi (fiber). Enjoy a peaceful stay in this gîte where all services are included: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity. Reversible air conditioning (included). Electric vehicle charging station.

Great Holiday Apartment
5/5Robert and Myriam were great hosts, on hand if needed, but never in your space. We arrived on a Sunday evening not knowing the area so asked about the potential for a restaurant that evening, Robert was so helpful walking with me the village centre pointing out the various facilities and option for us and ultimately assisting me to book a table for that evening thank you Robert!
They have created some modern, clean and functional apartments within their home. Everything was supplied and the equipment is all top quality.
The pool is an oasis of calm within the private garden was refreshing after a day sightseeing in the area. This part of Provence has many historical places to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

5/5gite idéal calme parfait à deux pas du centre de la petite ville très beau et très agréable jardin des propriétaires très accueillants et nous fournissant beaucoup d'informations pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible . Si c'est possible nous y retournerons avec plaisir
