The Gîtes Syflor are located in an 1810 house, which houses 3 guest rooms and the owners' apartment. The center of the village of Eyragues is only 100m away on foot, and the property is perfectly situated for discovering both Avignon and its treasures, and the beauty of the Alpilles and Luberon, with their perched villages.

Located on the first floor, Le Cocon is a 2-person gîte with private terrace. Entrance via a shared corridor.
The apartment comprises :
- A living room with open-plan fitted kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, 6-place dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Dining area with high table and 3 stools. Living room with sofa and connected flat-screen TV, direct access to private terrace.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm and closet. Safe-deposit box. Direct access to terrace via French window.
- Bathroom with Italian-style shower 80x120cm, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.

Private 12 m² terrace with garden furniture.

The gîte has access to an outdoor area shared by all 3 gîtes on the other side of the building: large covered terrace area with garden furniture, grassy garden and shared fenced swimming pool (5x10m, max. depth 2.5m, open from 15/04 to 15/10).
