The Holiday cottage is located on the first floor of the owners' house. There's also a private garden (at the front of the house only), perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing in the sun. A parking space is at your disposal, making it easy to get around for the duration of your stay.
In the immediate vicinity, discover the shops, restaurants and typical markets of Istres, not forgetting the magnificent landscapes of the Etang de Berre and the many nature walks.

Fully air-conditioned, the Holiday cottage comprises :
- a kitchen with oven, microwave, 3-burner induction hob and extractor hood, fridge-freezer opening onto the living room with table and 4 chairs, sofa bed (TV being installed), air-conditioning.
A small laundry area in the kitchen with washing machine and cleaning utensils.

- A bathroom accessible from one of the bedrooms, with walk-in shower (narrow access, 60cm), double vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.
