In the heart of the medieval village of Alleins, the Clos du Tilleul is a 19th-century semi-detached farmhouse that takes its name from the beautiful, century-old tree that shades the terrace. The owners have completely renovated it and turned it into a comfortable, modern holiday cottage, perfect for families or friends looking to spend their vacations here. The fenced-in property features a beautiful garden with trees, a Piscine, and a courtyard with outdoor furniture. Its prime location makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the region’s most beautiful tourist sites and natural parks: Avignon, Arles, the Luberon, the Alpilles, and Aix-en-Provence.
Spanning two levels, the farmhouse is laid out as follows:
- Dining room equipped with Sonos speakers, a decorative fireplace, table and chairs, a china cabinet, and a coffee corner.
- Living room with 2 sofas, a coffee table, a dresser, a TV, and indoor Wi-Fi (fiber).
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, 5-burner gas range, and electric oven.
- Laundry room with storage and a washing machine.
- Separate half-bath.
Upstairs:
- Tilleul Bedroom: 140x190cm bed, bench, dressing table, open-concept bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, separate toilet.
- Colline Bedroom: 160x200cm bed, sink, enclosed bathroom with shower stall and toilet.
- Luberon Bedroom: 160x200cm bed, private enclosed bathroom with bathtub, double sinks, and toilet.
In front of the farmhouse, a courtyard with patio furniture and a parasol, a lockable storage area for bicycles, and a charcoal grill. Entry door with digital keypad.
230m² lawned garden with a private 3.20x7m saltwater Piscine (depth 1.40m), secured by a cover and open from May through October.
Private parking for 2 vehicles on the property, secured by an electric gate.
Piscine linens included. Housekeeping included. Sheets and bath towels available for rent. Fans, portable air conditioners (during high season), and mosquito nets in every bedroom.

+ Très bon accueil des propriétaires et réactifs à nos questions/soucis.
+ Beaucoup d'informations utiles fournies (Gîte, restos, commerces, .. .)
+ Belle propriété avec petite piscine sympathique
+ Décoration agréable et bon équipement (cuisine, BBQ)
+ Moustiquaires dans les chambres et le salon
- Très bruyant (bâtiment à l'angle de deux rues, à coté d'un terrain de basket et de bulles à verre).
- Impossible de gérer une température correcte pour dormir. Le fait de devoir dormir les fenêtres ouvertes apporte deux autres inconvénients (bruits et lumière) => des climatiseurs mobiles existent, mais nous n'en avons pas bénéficié. Donc le gîte ne peut pas être considéré comme étant avec air-conditionné. Ce qui lui aurait donné un atout considérable avec les chaleurs actuelles.

- Plus de rangements dans les chambres pour les habits seraient nécessairesEn tant que recommandation, si vous cherchez un Logis sans bruit et au calme, trouvez ailleurs.

Marine C superbe
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au clos du tilleul. La maison est très bien équipée, notamment pour les enfants (chaise haute..), et très propre. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien. Le jardin avec la piscine est vraiment agréable. La maison est localisée au cœur du village (accessible à pieds). Nous tenons à remercier Helena et Philippe pour leur accueil très chaleureux et le soin apporté à leur maison. Nous recommandons !!

AHU Séjour famillial
Parfait, maison très agréable et confortable. Accueil par les propriétaires très agréable, équipement complet et bien documenté. Parfois un peu de bruit dans la rue, très supportable, c'est une maison de village donc il y a de la vie, ... et des commerces, à Alleins.
