Fully equipped to accommodate 4 people, this semi-detached Holiday cottage (the owner doesn't live on site) combines modern comfort and serenity. You'll enjoy a bright living space with a cosy air-conditioned lounge (connected TV, sofa, armchairs), a welcoming dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with 4-burner induction hob, hood, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Accommodation is on two levels, with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs (beds 160x200 cm). A bathroom with bathtub and 2 separate WCs (one on each floor, the upstairs WC also including a private washing machine) ensure the comfort of all guests. A full-length mirror on the first floor completes the facilities for preparing your outings in style.

For your peace of mind, end-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels are included.

Outside, relax in the private 200 m² gravel courtyard or on the 15 m² terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. A private parking space is also available.

Pets allowed at an additional cost of €5 per night per animal.
