In the heart of the village of Eyragues, halfway between Avignon and the Alpilles, Clos Coulète boasts a beautiful outdoor space with a private, secure swimming pool (5x3m, depth 1.40m) open from June to September.
The gîte occupies an entire wing of the building, and its outdoor space is located on the opposite side of the property from that of the owners.
Entrance is via a private outdoor space with wooden terrace, private swimming pool, garden and relaxation furniture.
First floor:
- Living room with corner sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, flat-screen TV and pool table. Dining room separated by a bookcase with table and 8 chairs.
- Fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher and fridge.
- Laundry room behind kitchen with washing machine/dryer combination.
- Separate toilet with washbasin.
First floor:
- Bathroom with bath, double washbasin and heated towel rail
- Separate toilet
- 1st bedroom with bunk beds: 1 bed 140x190cm downstairs and 1 bed 90x190cm upstairs, possibility of an extra bed and wall cupboard.
- 2nd bedroom with bed 140x190cm and wall cupboard
- 3rd bedroom with 160x200cm bed and wall cupboards
Reversible air conditioning in all bedrooms, electric heating on first floor. In the garden, access to a gym: rowing machine, elliptical, weight bench, weights, floor mat, punching bag. Private, sheltered parking, with electric recharging facilities (dedicated plug but no fast recharging: €5 per charge).
All charges included: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. No pets allowed.

Acea Gîte très agréable
Maison fonctionnelle et très agréable. Au cœur du village, et proche en voiture de nombreux sites touristiques. Espace piscine ombragé et agréable, même si le bassin est petit et les moustiques au taquet ! :)

The location is perfect and the village of Eyragues has a lot of convenient shops.
A few points: the gite is really squeezed between the owner's main house and another property, the swimming pool is convenient to refresh yourself after a hike but not big enough to swim, the pool table and ping pong tables are great, the TV connection is very bad and watching the Euro 2024 was difficult, the air conditioning system in the bedrooms upstairs is excellent, there should be an extraction system in the bathroom and mosquitoes nets on the windows - mosquitoes are everywhere ! - and final point but very disappointing one: the Wi-Fi is so weak in the house that you need to stick to the corner of the kitchen adjacent to the main property to get something - very hard to get some work done!
To conclude, we had a good stay but for the price we would expect a much better quality.- Cleanliness

We are aware of your comments about the house and we are sorry that some things did not suit you.
Concerning the wifi, we intervened on the first day because a plug had been disconnected, and you didn't tell us that there was a problem afterwards, we've never had one until now;
Regarding the neighbourhood, it's indeed a village house, as indicated in the description. This means that you're within walking distance of all the shops, and the houses are obviously close to each other, even if the spaces are quite separate.
I hope, however, you enjoy your stay.
