Located in the charming village of Graveson, this rental promises a vacation in a warm and peaceful setting. The historic cities of Avignon, Arles and Saint Rémy de Provence are all within a 30km radius. The Alpilles regional nature park and the Montagnette are nearby. The owner's main residence, the house is available for rent during the summer months.

Le Cigalon comprises :
- Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, extractor hood. Dining area with table and benches. Lounge area with corner sofa, coffee table, wood-burning stove, connected TV.
- Bedroom with 140x190cm bed, closet, chest of drawers and desk.
- Bedroom with bed 140x190cm, closet, chest of drawers.
- Bedroom with 160x200cm bed, large closet and desk.
- Bathroom with Italian shower, towel dryer, washbasin, washing machine.
- Separate toilet.

Outside, covered terrace with garden furniture, private swimming pool 9x4m (depth 1.50m) secured by alarm (be careful on Mistral days, it is very sensitive).
Private parking on property closed by electric gate. Outdoor parking spaces also available.

Air conditioning in living room. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Pets allowed on request from the owner.
