Perched high up, the sunny Chalet offers an impressive 360° view, from the Sainte Victoire to the Etang de Berre. The Unusual chalet on stilts is equipped with all the comforts of a bedroom with private shower room, separate toilet, study area and panoramic terrace. The swimming pool completes the experience, where you can enjoy a full breakfast prepared by the owner. Its hillside Location provides easy access to Hiking or cycling. The Chalet is also located in the triangle between Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Salon-de-Provence, close to major roads and the Sea (Côte Bleue and Calanques), as well as Marseille airport.

Private, sheltered parking (steep climb). Access to the owners' house, terrace and Piscine via 20 steps. The Chalet is located above the rock, accessible by a staircase of some 50 steps. It is equipped with 2 beds 80x190cm, which can be twinned to form a bed 160cm, a study area with courtesy tray and small fridge, a TV, a bathroom area with shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet. Private 25m² terrace around the Chalet with garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs. Reversible air-conditioning.
Piscine shared with the owners: 7x3.5m (depth 1.50m) open from 9am to 8pm and alarmed. Possibility of recharging electric bikes.
Full breakfasts (pastries, bread, dairy products, eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice) served weather permitting in the house, on the poolside terrace or on the chalet terrace.
