The center of the village of Eyragues is only 100m away on foot, and the property is perfectly situated for discovering both Avignon and its treasures, and the beauty of the Alpilles and Luberon, with their perched villages.

Located in a wing of the main building, on the first floor, Le Cèdre is a large 100 m² apartment for 4 people. It is located below the owners' apartment.
The apartment has its own separate entrance and comprises :
- A vast 60 m² living room with 2 sofas, 107cm curved flat-screen TV, stereo system and reversible air-conditioning. Equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with central island used as a dining area for 4 people.
