The Gîtes Syflor are located in an 1810 house, which houses 3 guest rooms and the owners' apartment. The center of the village of Eyragues is only 100m away on foot, and the property is perfectly situated for discovering both Avignon and its treasures, and the beauty of the Alpilles and Luberon, with their perched villages.
Located in a wing of the main building, on the first floor, Le Cèdre is a large 100 m² apartment for 4 people. It is located below the owners' apartment.
The apartment has its own separate entrance and comprises :
- A vast 60 m² living room with 2 sofas, 107cm curved flat-screen TV, stereo system and reversible air-conditioning. Equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with central island used as a dining area for 4 people. American fridge/freezer (water and ice dispenser), 4-burner induction hob, hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm and large wardrobe.
- 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds 80x200cm, closets.
- Bathroom with Italian-style 90x90cm shower, double washbasin, heated towel rail, washing machine and dryer, cupboard.
- Separate WC with washbasin.
Private terrace with garden furniture, private garden.
1 parking space.
The gîte has access to an outdoor area shared by all 3 gîtes: large covered terrace area with garden furniture, grassy garden and shared fenced swimming pool (5x10m, max. depth 2.5m, open from 15/04 to 15/10).
Wifi (fiber). Enjoy a peaceful stay in this gîte where all services are included: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity. Reversible air conditioning throughout the house (included). Electric griddle. 1 reserved parking space on the property. Electric vehicle charging station.

5/5Incroyable séjour dans ce magnifique gîte !
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans « le cèdre ».
Un accueil excellent, les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme, tout a été génial !
La piscine, les attentions à l’arrivée et au départ, la propreté, les conseils, on s’est tout de suite très bien senti…
Le cadre est superbe, le quartier est calme et si on s’avance plus dans la ville ça peut être animé pour ceux qui le souhaitent.
Très bien situé pour visiter de nombreux lieux, au coeur d’une très belle zone pour les amateurs de randonnées, mer, visites en tout genre…
Roberto et Myriam savent recevoir, le logement est très bien entretenu, vous n’avez qu’à poser vos bagages, tout est compris, la clim est un vrai plus dans toute la maison, les rangements en nombre, la literie de qualité….
Merci encore à eux pour ce merveilleux séjour et les premières vacances de notre bébé qu’ils ont chouchouté !!

Beautiful holiday
5/5The appartment is very spacious, clean and well-equiped. Airconditioning in both bed rooms and in the living room. Outside, there is a large private terrass, a garden and a splendid swimming pool. Owners are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this gite.

Un gîte confortable idéalement situé
5/5Le gîte est très confortable et spacieux. Il est également idéalement situé pour visiter la région (Baux-de Provence, Avignon, Nîmes, les Alpilles,...). Les propriétaires sont accueillants et n'hésitent à rendre service si besoin.
