Le Bastidon

Le Bastidon is a lovely, well-equipped gîte for 6 people, facing Mont Sainte Victoire, with private garden and jacuzzi.

With a beautiful view of the Mountain Sainte Victoire, in the Countryside but only 1km from the village of Peynier, Le Bastidon is an old house renovated and converted into a Holiday cottage in 2022.
Adjoining the owners' house but not overlooked, the gîte has 3 private parking spaces, a 200m² fenced garden planted with trees and lawns and equipped with sun loungers, a terrace with garden furniture, a sheltered Jacuzzi area with opening hours depending on the season, and an outdoor shower. Inside, Le Bastidon comprises: - a living room with exposed stone walls: sofa, armchairs, coffee table, connected flat-screen TV. Bay window overlooking the outside. Separate toilet with washbasin. 4-step access to kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge, freezer, table with 6 chairs. First floor: - first bedroom for 4 with high ceilings: 2 twin 80x200cm beds, storage cupboard, mezzanine with 2 single 80x200cm beds. Second bedroom with 2 twin beds 80x200cm, Sainte Victoire view, cupboard. Reversible air-conditioning. Private Jacuzzi accessible from May to September, extra charge the rest of the year (closed for energy savings in December, January and February). Sheets and towels included (if change of linen requested, it will be charged: €10/person for towels and €20/bed for sheets and €5 for 2 tea towels). Housework optional. (180 € deposit required on arrival, if cleaning is your responsibility) Pets not allowed. Any additional person not included in the contract will be charged a supplement of €50 per night. Facing the Sainte Victoire, Le Bastidon is also 20km from Aix-en-Provence, 35km from the Sea at Marseille or Cassis, and 20km from the Sainte-Baume Regional Nature Park. Just 5km from the Rousset business park and 4km from the 18-hole golf course.
