This pretty studio for 2 people, located on the garden level of the owners' villa, offers a peaceful setting for a relaxing stay in the sun. Adjoining two other Holiday cottages, it has its own shaded terrace with an unobstructed view of the garden. The Piscine, shared with 2 other Holiday cottages and the owners, is the perfect place to cool off after a day of exploring. In the Countryside of Aix-en-Provence, the historic center is just a 30-minute walk away, and road access to the surrounding tourist sites is nearby.

The studio comprises an air-conditioned main room with 1 x 160x200cm bed, 2-person dining area, kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, 2 electric rings, small appliances), TV and closet. Bathroom with Italian shower and washbasin. Separate toilet.

Outside, private 30m² terrace on two levels with garden furniture. Unenclosed terraced grounds of 6000m². Shared Piscine (14x5m, open from 9am to 8pm from mid-May to mid-September, chlorinated and alarmed). Pool towels available on request (extra charge) from owners. Table tennis and hammocks. Shared barbecue (except on windy days). Massages available on site at extra cost.

Gated parking on property.

Reversible air-conditioning. Wifi (fiber). Sheets and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning included.

Pacha and Pilou, the owners' two dogs, are accompanied by 2 cats and chickens that you will meet during your stay. Your pet is also welcome (except for categorized dogs, supplement of 5€/day, 1 animal max, waste collection, leash on the property).
