On the heights of La Ciotat, in a residential area at the gateway to the Parc des Calanques, l'Albizia is a 4-person holiday cottage with a large private covered terrace overlooking the Sea and the owners' flower-filled garden.
It is located in a detached house on the same plot as the owners. It adjoins another seasonal rental, and the first floor is occupied all year round.

The Holiday cottage comprises :
- Entrance hall with closet and pedestal table.
- Air-conditioned living room with sofa bed for 2 people and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with bar and high stools, 3-burner induction hob, hood, oven, washing machine, small dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and Senseo pod coffee maker. The living room opens onto the terrace via 2 large French windows.
- One bedroom with a 2-person bed (160x200cm), armchair and mirrored wardrobe. The window is fitted with a mosquito net.
- A bathroom accessible from the bedroom with an 80x80cm Italian-style shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.

The private terrace measures 17 m² and is equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and an electric plancha.
Private parking on gated property. Electric heating and air conditioning included. Linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Pets allowed at extra cost. Fan available.

The owners are nature lovers with a passion for gardening and preserving Biodiversity on their property. You'll meet their dog Mascotte and perhaps catch a glimpse of cats, turtles and chickens... Hiking trails are 400m from the Holiday cottage (route des crêtes), the port and city center are within walking distance (steep path on the way back), and Figuerolles creek is 2.5km away.
