On the heights of Peypin, in the Valdonne district, this gîte owes its name to its magnificent view over the valley and surrounding hills. It's a detached house with its own garden, several terraces (one of which is covered), swimming pool, ping-pong table and petanque court. The owners live in the house above the gîte (sloping ground).

On the first floor is a garage with dining area, fridge, freezer and microwave.

The main living area is on the first floor (accessed via an outside staircase or inside from the garage) and comprises :
- Kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, dining area for 4, Nespresso pod coffee maker and fireplace (barbecues possible).
- Gllum is cool dining/living room with leather corner sofa for 5, flat-screen TV with sound system and armchairs. Dining area for 8. Reversible air-conditioning.
- Storeroom with washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, household utensils and large cupboards.
- Separate WC with washbasin.
