Villa Roman is a detached house located in a residential area on the slopes of Montagnette, with private terrace, sharing with the owner a garden planted with trees and a swimming pool at the foot of the rocks. The owner lives in a house below on the adjoining plot.

On the first floor, the Villa comprises :
- Living room with dining area seating 8 and ornamental fireplace. Living room with sofa (convertible for one bed) and flat-screen TV.
- 4-burner stove (3 gas, 1 electric), oven, hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, 2nd dining area for 4 to 6 people.
- 1st bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm, closet, large mirrors, desk, fan and valet.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin, vanity unit with mirror and bidet.
- Separate WC.
- Storeroom with washing machine.

Private 20 m² terrace shaded by a large hackberry tree and manual awning with garden furniture. Shared wooded garden of approx. 1000 m². Piscine (alarm) shared with the owner, 3.5 and 6.5 m wide, 10 m long, 1.2 to 2.2 m deep, open from June to October. Petanque court.
Private parking in enclosed courtyard or at Holiday cottage entrance.

Electric heating (billed according to meter reading in winter). Wifi (fiber), reversible air conditioning (3 units for the whole house), bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. 1 fan.

Hiking trails from the Holiday cottage. Frigolet Abbey is nearby, and the village of Boulbon has the main shops.
