La Villa Prebosque

Located in a residential area in the countryside, yet only 15km from the center of Aix-en-Provence, Villa Prébosque is a comfortable 2-person gîte, recently built (2020), with private Jacuzzi.
It is located in the owners' grounds, but is totally independent of them, with its own terrace and garden. Another accommodation (mobilhome) on the property (13G202215).

On one level, the gîte comprises :
- Living room with custom-fitted kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, counter with 2 high stools, Senseo pod coffee maker. Comfortable sofa bed (possibility of 2 extra beds - real mattress), coffee table that can be raised, flat-screen TV (Freebox channels), reversible air-conditioning.
- Separate small bedroom (8.2 m²) with 1 double bed (160x200cm), flat-screen TV, en-suite shower room.
- Bathroom accessible from bedroom with 80x100cm Italian-style shower, large-capacity washing machine, heated washbasin and towel rail.
- Separate WC.

Private terrace with garden furniture, quality 4-seater Jacuzzi, gas barbecue. Private garden.
Ping-pong table and petanque court shared with mobile home. Private fenced swimming pool (2.5x4.5m, 1.40m deep) open from May to September.

All-inclusive: reversible air-conditioning, wifi, bed linen and towels.
Not recommended for families with young children.
