- Air-conditioned bedroom with 160x200cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing room.
- Air-conditioned bedroom with bed 160x200cm, bedside tables and lamps, closet.
- Separate bathroom with Italian shower with glass shower screen, washbasin with cabinet and shelves, towel dryer.

Semi-detached house with another dwelling. 25m² covered terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha. Via a secure gate and a few steps, 6x3m (1.5m deep) sunken swimming pool open from May to September (weather permitting), chlorine-treated. Through a gate and a few steps, access to a small olive garden. Fully fenced, private parking space on the property enclosed by an electric gate, with an additional space outside reserved for the Holiday cottage.
