Located in Peynier, a charming Provençal village ideally situated between Aix-en-Provence and Sainte-Victoire Mountain, this fully equipped new house welcomes you for a comfortable stay with family or friends.

Easily accessible upon your arrival in the village, the holiday cottage is located on a local road and also features a private parking space.

Outside, a furnished private terrace invites you to share wonderful moments of togetherness with garden furniture, an outdoor dining table, an electric griddle, and a parasol to enjoy sunny meals.

On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a pleasant, bright living area featuring two sofas, a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and six chairs.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, small appliances, and all the necessary equipment to prepare your meals independently.

The holiday cottage features three air-conditioned bedrooms:

On the ground floor:
- a master suite with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the outdoors.
Upstairs:
- a second bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, nightstands, and storage space
- a kids’ bedroom with two 90 x 200cm beds and storage.

Upstairs, a second contemporary-style bathroom with a toilet completes the sleeping area.

Near the owners’ home, you can also enjoy a shared saltwater pool secured by an alarm, accessible from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The pool can be heated upon request in April, May, and September to extend the pleasure of swimming out of season.

This holiday cottage is an ideal base for exploring the landscapes of Provence, the Vineyards, local markets, hilltop villages, and iconic sites such as Aix-en-Provence, Mountain Sainte-Victoire, and the Calanques.
