Discover the surrounding tourist attractions thanks to its central location, or enjoy the garden, terraces and atypical swimming pool (approx. 13m long by 5m wide, diamond-shaped, salt water depth from 1m20 to 2m20, open from April to October).

Fully air-conditioned, with underfloor heating and cooling, the Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor :
- a large open-plan living room with sofas, armchairs, coffee table, TV and a fireplace for winter use - a kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, 4-burner electric hob, oven, microwave and dining table - a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack and water softener - two bedrooms with double beds (140x190), one of which is equipped with a baby bed and storage space - a shower room with walk-in shower and vanity unit - a WC On the second floor, a mezzanine leads to :

Private parking on the property (one of the owners' cars is available all year round), reinforced socket for electric vehicle. Automatic watering of the garden every day at 11 p.m. for approx. 1 hour. Arrivals only between 4 and 7 p.m. Price includes: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels Price does not include: tourist tax, wood and electricity consumption in winter (calculated on meter reading).
