Discover the surrounding tourist attractions thanks to its central location, or take advantage of the garden, terraces and atypical swimming pool (approx. 13m long by 5m wide, with a diamond salt water depth of 1m20 to 2m20, open from March to October).

Fully air-conditioned, with underfloor heating and cooling, the first floor comprises :
- a large open-plan living room with sofas, armchairs, coffee table, TV and a fireplace for winter use
- kitchen with fridge-freezer, 4-burner electric hob, oven, microwave and Gllum is cool dining table
- laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack and water softener
- two bedrooms with 140x190 beds, one with a crib, storage space
- shower room with walk-in shower and vanity unit

On the second floor, a mezzanine leads to :
- a bedroom with two 90x190 beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe, opening onto a roof terrace

Private parking on the property (one of the owners' cars is available all year round), reinforced socket for electric vehicle.
Automatic watering of the garden every day at 11 p.m. for approx. 1 hour.

Price does not include: tourist tax, wood and electricity consumption in winter (calculated on meter reading).
