Holiday cottage in the heart of restanques, 260 m above sea level, on the southern flank of the Massif de la Sainte Baume: end of steep, narrow (hairpin) asphalt access road (100 m).

Detached house near the owners' house. Beautiful views over the village, guaranteed shade and calm, ideal for Hiking in the surrounding hills and discovering the Parc National des Calanques and the Parc Naturel Régional de la Sainte Baume.

Ground floor: living room with fireplace, comfortable lounge, television. Separate kitchen with stove, ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, small electrical appliances. Bedroom for 2 (bed 140x200cm). Bathroom/wc (washing machine).
Upstairs: mezzanine with sofa (2 people) and Telework area (1GB wifi fiber connection), 2-person bedroom (2 beds 90x200) with direct access to the north-facing terrace (30m²) and to the Piscine on the restanque above (above-ground 9mx4.5m, depth 1.30) open from May 15 to September 15.

Shaded awning on the living room side with table and chairs (12 m²) and garden (25 m²) with garden furniture, overlooking the valley. Parking on property. Air-conditioning in living room/mezzanine and upstairs bedroom, electric heating in other rooms, fireplace (wood supplied).
Bed linen, towels and household linen included.

A very pretty place with a splendid view over the valley, a beautiful environment planted with trees and flowers, 12 stone-walled restanques, holm oaks, olive trees, arbutus trees, olive trees and shrubs.
