Totally independent 5-bedroom house with garden and swimming pool. The 1000 m² property is fully enclosed and closed by an electric gate.

First floor:
- 40 m² living room with sitting area (2 leather sofas, stone bench, fireplace with additional wood, TV and DVD player) and dining room (extendable table, stereo system).
- Kitchen with oven, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge, extractor hood and dishwasher. Dining area.
- Laundry room with sink, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cleaning products and household utensils.
- Slightly below, 1st bedroom with 2-person 140x190cm bed, desk and closet. Direct access to garden. En-suite shower room with walk-in shower 90x90cm.
- Separate WC with washbasin.

First floor:
- 2nd bedroom with 2-person bed 140x190cm, closet.
- 3rd bedroom with single bed 90x190cm, desk and closet. Mezzanine with a 90x190cm mattress on the floor (additional sleeping space for a child).
- 4th bedroom with 90x190c single bed and closet. Mezzanine with a 90x190cm mattress on the floor (additional sleeping space for a child possible).
- 5th bedroom with a 2-person bed 160x200cm, en-suite shower room 75x75cm.
- Mezzanine with desk, bookcase, CD player. Access to a 6 m² terrace/solarium.
- Bathroom with corner bath and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.

Private swimming pool (3.5x10m, max depth 1.7m), from 01/05 to 30/10. Private 750 m² garden, covered terrace with barbecue. Parking on property. Garage (bike/motorcycle shelter). Underfloor heating (fixed price: 90€ per week in March, April, October and November and 110€ from December to February). Optional end-of-stay cleaning (80€). Sheets and towels optional. Internet (wifi). Tourist tax not included. -5% discount for 2 consecutive weeks in July/August, -10% for 2 consecutive weeks the rest of the year.
