La Porte Neuve is a 19th century village house located in the center of Barbentane, tastefully renovated while preserving its character, spread over 3 levels. The house is semi-detached on 2 sides to other village houses.

On the ground floor, the cottage is composed of:
- Living room with comfortable electric relaxation sofa, large 139cm flat screen TV, stereo (amplifier with radio / home cinema). Dining area with extending table that can accommodate 6 guests. Fitted corner kitchen open to the living room with 3 ceramic hob, extractor, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer with water and ice cube dispenser, microwave, oven and Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker. Skylight at the end of the kitchen.
- Independent WC.

On the 1st floor:
- 1st bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm, large dressing room with flat screen TV.
- Private bathroom for this bedroom with double sink, toilet, walk-in shower 120x80cm and heated towel rail. Access to a small interior courtyard/balcony of approximately 4 m².

On the 2nd floor:
- 2nd bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, flat screen TV, stairs leading to the mezzanine with a 90x190cm bed overlooking the bedroom with storage. View over the rooftops of Barbentane, the church and the castle towers.
- Private bathroom for this bedroom with basin, WC, 80x80cm walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

All included: reversible air conditioning (one unit on each floor), sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Mosquito nets on the windows.
