On the edge of the Route de Saint Jacques de Compostelle, enjoy a private terrace and garden in front of the gîte, and stroll among the many fruit trees in the grounds. Access hiking and biking trails directly from the gîte. The name Pointe Cocagne refers to the shape of the garden and the representation of the little Provencal paradise of your hosts André and Martine. Comfort and charm guaranteed, the combination of modernity and renovation of antique furniture is a success! Choose your room, each with its own charm: L'Arlésienne or Beauduc.

After a few steps to the terrace, the gîte is on one level:
- Dayroom with kitchen opening onto dining room: equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Living room with sofa bed and TV.
- 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room: 160x200cm beds and wardrobe, Italian shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Laundry room with washing machine, WC and washbasin.
Outside, 40m² shaded terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, 200m² private, unfenced garden. Private parking space on the property.

All-inclusive: end-of-stay cleaning, household linen, sheets and towels. Baby equipment on request. Reversible air conditioning.
