On a beautiful wine-growing estate 14 kms north of Aix, lovely Holiday cottage in a farm building, adjoining a studio which is occasionally rented out; very nice view of the château grounds.
This Holiday cottage is located on the Route des Vins de Provence (tasting cellar), and the Route des Châteaux en Provence.
Beautiful outdoor space with wooden terrace and garden furniture, shaded area in front of the Holiday cottage. Petanque court nearby.

Ground floor: access via the lounge with sofa bed 140x190cm, armchairs, decorative fireplace, bookcase. TV lounge with single sofa bed (110x190cm) and small desk. Separate toilet with washbasin.
The kitchen is accessible by 3 steps, and features fully integrated appliances: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar, small appliances, electric coffee maker and coffee pods, wine cellar, lovely south-facing dining area.

Upstairs 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds (160x200 and 160x200 separable into 80x200), 1 with 2 single beds 90x200. Possibility of adding 2 extra beds 80x180cm on request. 1 separate bathroom and 1 separate shower room, and 2 separate WCs upstairs.

Wi-fi - electric heating (high-performance radiant heaters - heating based on actual consumption) - complete baby equipment: cot, highchair, changing mat, potty - end-of-stay cleaning on request (extra charge) - bed linen and towels on request (for hire) - parking next to Holiday cottage - dogs allowed with owner's agreement (dogs on site) - Barbecue - games for kids. Free access to the pétanque court next to the reception room, except for weddings and seminars;
Various events are organized on the estate during the summer season, from May onwards;
