- Living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, ornamental fireplace and flat-screen TV. Dining area for 6 people. Air-conditioned living room.
- Kitchen with light-filled dining area for 4, 3-burner induction hob, hood, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Counter/worktop.
- Laundry room with washing machine, household utensils, high chair and Umbrella bed.
- Bathroom with 80x80cm shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.

Upstairs night area:
- First bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm, central bedside cabinet, 2 reading lights and chest of drawers.
