You'll enjoy a private 150m² courtyard, perfect for relaxing in the open air, as well as a Piscine (11mx5.5, flat-bottomed, chlorinated) shared with the owners, in summer from 10:30am to 12:30pm and 3:30pm to 7pm. It's ideal for cooling off on sunny days.
The interior is bright and functional, with a cosy, modern living space offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease, while the two bedrooms, decorated with care, will welcome you for restful nights.
Staying here means you're just a few minutes from Aix-en-Provence city center, while enjoying the beauty of the surrounding Countryside. This Holiday cottage is the perfect base from which to discover the region and its treasures.

The house comprises :
- A living room with sofas, armchair, coffee table, TV, table with 4 chairs, decorative fireplace, kitchen equipped with a large fridge (no freezer), oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle.
- Chambre Suzini with two 80x200 beds combined into one 160x200 bed (they can be separated), air-conditioning and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.
- The Wax Room with two 80x200 beds combined into one 160x200 bed (they can be separated), desk and air-conditioning.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail
