In the heart of the garrigue of Provence, in Saint Cannat, take a "Pause Provençale" in this charming single-storey Holiday cottage for 2 to 4 people, recently renovated with quality materials (2025 renovation). Situated on the owners' land, with no direct adjoining property, it guarantees privacy while providing access to beautiful communal areas: a shared swimming pool (11.5x5m, open from 15/05 to 15/09 from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm), a pétanque court (10am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm) and a ping-pong table for convivial moments.
The interior is both stylish and functional: a bedroom separated by an elegant antique sliding door, with a 2-person 160x200cm bed, storage space, full-length mirror and armchair, and a living room with a convertible sofa (160x200cm when unfolded, extra bed for 2 extra people at an extra charge of €10 per person per night), flat-screen TV with Apple TV and sound bar, desk area, small bookcase and reversible air conditioning.
The modern kitchen with glass roof offers all the comforts you could wish for (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer) and a dining area.
The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate WC.
Outside, the shaded private terrace invites you to relax with garden furniture, sun loungers and a plancha. You'll also benefit from secure parking on the enclosed property and a wifi connection via fiber.
From the Holiday cottage, explore the typical villages of the Pays d'Aix or take advantage of the Hiking trails that wind through the Provencal countryside. The proximity of the wine route and colorful local Markets will appeal to lovers of terroir and gastronomy.
Bed linen and towels included, optional end-of-stay cleaning, reversible air conditioning billed according to actual consumption.

Nous avons passé une semaine au gîte « La Pause Provençale », une très jolie petite maison pour deux personnes. De l'accueil de Séverine et Bertrand à l'aménagement et à la décoration soignés, en passant par l'équipement de la cuisine, l'espace extérieur attenant à la maison et, bien sûr, la piscine… tout était fantastique.

Los Marengos Idealer Ort um die Provence zu erkunden
"Unser Häuschen" ist wunderbar zentral gelegen um die Provence zu erkunden.
Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr nett.
Das Häuschen ist geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen 14 tägigen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Einziges Manko ist die Situation mit dem Pool : er befindet sich auf der Seite der Gastgeber und ist zeitlich reglementiert - was verständlich ist, aber ungünstig wenn man den ganzen Tag auf Besichtigungstour ist und ihn abends auch nochmal später nutzen möchte - außerdem hat man bei gleichzeitiger Benutzung mit den Gastgebern immer ein bißchen Sorge diese zu stören. Die zum Apartment gehörende Terrasse ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, aber nicht ganz so schön. Dies ist keine wirkliche Kritik sondern nur ein Hinweis, wir haben diese Info auch bei Abreise an das Vermieterehepaar weitergegeben. Wir könne La Pause Provencale wärmstens empfehlen!- Cleanliness

Ihre Anmerkung zum Pool haben wir aufmerksam zur Kenntnis genommen. Wir möchten jedoch darauf hinweisen, dass die Nutzungsbedingungen des Pools in unserer Anzeige bei Gîtes de France klar angegeben waren. Dort ist vermerkt, dass der Pool gemeinsam mit den Eigentümern genutzt wird und die Zugangszeiten entsprechend festgelegt sind.
Darüber hinaus hatten wir Ihnen auf Ihren Wunsch hin gestattet, den Pool morgens außerhalb der üblichen Zeiten zu nutzen, um Ihnen mehr Flexibilität zu bieten. Wir hoffen, dass Sie dies genießen konnten!
Außerdem möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass wir den Pool während Ihres Aufenthalts niemals gleichzeitig mit Ihnen genutzt haben.
Vielen Dank auch für Ihre Anmerkungen zur Terrasse. Da wir stets bemüht sind, unsere Ferienunterkunft weiter zu verbessern, hatten wir bereits die vollständige Erneuerung des Terrassenbelags geplant. Die Arbeiten beginnen übrigens in den nächsten Tagen.
