Nestled in the heart of the Boulbon pine forest, just a stone's throw from Frigolet Abbey, this detached house with a private Piscine for 10 people invites you to enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by unspoiled nature, with walks in the Montagnette and the chance to discover the treasures of Provence.

Nestled in the heart of the Boulbon pine forest, just a stone’s throw from Frigolet Abbey, this detached house with a private Piscine accommodates up to 10 guests in a pristine natural setting spanning 1.2 hectares, surrounded by meadows where horses graze.
Set out on foot or by bike to explore the trails of La Montagnette and the quintessential landscapes of Provence, amid pine forests, garrigue, and breathtaking views.
You can also enjoy the proximity to Frigolet Abbey, the medieval village of Boulbon, and the region’s many iconic sites, such as Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Arles, and Avignon.

On the ground floor: a large entryway leading to both parts of the house and the basement.
Kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, and range hood. Washing machine.

Three bedrooms on the ground floor:
- One bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed adjacent to the large living area. Bathroom with bathtub and sink, separate toilet, located right next to this bedroom.
- Two adjoining bedrooms (separate access available from outside), each with its own walk-in shower and sink. A separate toilet is also accessible from one of the two bedrooms.

Upstairs: one bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and one bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed.
Bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks. Separate toilet.

Two south-facing terraces (24 m² and 54 m²) with garden furniture, opening onto the private garden and the Piscine.
Private Piscine (10x5m, depth 1.6m), open from May 1 to September 30.
Ping-pong table and foosball table available.
Second refrigerator available in an outbuilding.

Included: heating, bed linens, household linens, and towels. End-of-stay cleaning available upon request. Carport. 5G Wi-Fi.
