Located in an 1850 farmhouse in the Countryside, the Mésange et du Pissenlit holiday cottage is a semi-detached house with private garden and swimming pool. This spacious house is full of character, with French ceilings, exposed beams and stone cladding...

On the first floor, the Holiday cottage comprises:
- Entrance hall.
- Large, bright living/dining room with leather sofa and armchairs, connected flat-screen TV (Orange box channels), school desk and dining room with seating for 8, buffet and bookcase.
- 1st large bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm.
- Dressing room with double closet, shelves and household utensils.
- Enclosed WC.
- Bathroom with large walk-in shower 200x100cm, double washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Open-plan kitchen with dining area for 7, ornamental fireplace, freezer and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with Egyptian stone worktop, 3 induction hobs, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
- Laundry room with fridge, washing machine and cleaning utensils.

On the 1st floor, accessed via a beautiful old spiral staircase:
- 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90x200, which can be twinned to form 1 bed 180x200.
- 3rd bedroom with 3 beds 90x200, 2 of which can be made into 1 bed 180x200.
- Bathroom with corner bath, washbasin and storage units.
- Separate WC.

Private enclosed garden of approx. 400 m² with play area for Kids. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Private Piscine 6x4.5m, 1.35m deep, open from 01/04 to 01/10.
