In the Countryside between City and Sainte Victoire, La Maisonnette is a fully-renovated, self-contained studio set in the owners' grounds. Beautiful private exterior amidst the pines, with artificial turf, garden furniture and Spa. Ideal for a couple's getaway to relax and discover Provence.
On one level, the Maisonnette is independent and its exterior is separated from the neighboring Holiday cottage by wooden privacy screens and vegetation.
Air-conditioned living room with dining area (table, chairs and bench), large connected TV, fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven/microwave combo, dishwasher, small appliances), 160x200cm bed.
Open-plan shower room with 90x150cm shower, washbasin with storage, towel dryer, cupboard with washing machine. Separate WC with hand shower.
Private outdoor area of 200m² (terrace + garden). Private Spa available from April to October. Ping-pong table on property. Parking spaces on fenced property (sloping road from main road). Pet welcome.
Bed linen and towels included. Housework optional.
Pets up to 45 kg allowed at extra charge.

Gite conforme à la description, qui a parfaitement convenu à nos besoins très calme et relativement proche du centre-ville.
les propriétaires sont très aimables et toujours disponibles si nécessaire, mais très discrets.

Tout simplement génial ! L'accueil d'Aurélie a été parfait. Le gîte est tout simplement superbe. Très propre, très fonctionnel, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Il est parfaitement situé. A 5mns du Centre d'Aix, néanmoins dans un cadre calme et verdoyant. L'extérieur est comme l'intérieur, Nickel. le jacuzzi un vrai plus. Je remercie la disponibilités des hôtes qui sont au petits soins pour ses locataires.

Très bon accueil attentionné à notre confort et bien-être.
Le gîte est situé dans un environnement très calme et bien exposé.
La propriété est irréprochable, les équipements sont très complets.
La literie est super.Les propriétaires sont discrets mais très disponibles à toutes demandes et conseils pour passer un très bon jour.
