The living room opens onto a lovely 40m² shaded terrace, ideal for summer meals or moments of rest sheltered from the sun.
For your moments of idleness, take advantage of the communal swimming pool (3.5x7m, flat-bottomed, 1.60m, chlorine pool with roller shutter), open from April to the end of October from 10am to 7pm, shared with another Holiday cottage and the owner, in a green and friendly setting.
Just a few minutes away, the majestic calanques of La Ciotat and Cassis are natural gems to be explored on foot, by boat or kayak. Stroll along the harbor, discover the colorful Markets and savor the Mediterranean way of life.
Whether you're a nature-lover, swimmer, hiker or cultural explorer, this is the ideal starting point for enjoying Provence and the Sea to the full.

The single-storey, air-conditioned Holiday cottage comprises :
- A living room with two sofas, coffee table, TV, table with 4 chairs, kitchen with fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave etc.
- A bathroom with shower, washing machine, hand-washer and separate toilet.
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190) and large closet
- One bedroom with a 200x200 bed with 2 mattresses, large closet and bay window opening onto the terrace with distant sea view, depending on the height of the vegetation.
- A bathroom with double washbasin, heated towel rail, shower and WC.

Free street parking, motorcycle parking available in the courtyard.
The Holiday cottage is not suitable for Kids under 6.
Possibility of renting, in July and August, for 6 people with the bungalow in more under the reference 13G222035 (privatization of the swimming pool and the garden).
