In the village of Lançon-de-Provence, La Maison de Vacances is a gîte located on the 1st floor of an 18th-century house, with adjoining private terrace.
The owners live on the property, which also houses another gîte (L'Oustau de Louis).

Independent entrance via a beautiful metal spiral staircase leading to a private balcony.
Day room with living room (sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV), dining area, open-plan kitchen (oven, extractor hood, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) with bar area.
Corridor leading to the 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed 160x200cm and one with 2 single beds 90x190cm) with direct access to the private terrace, shower room with large 100x85cm shower, washbasin and heated towel rail, and separate WC.

Private 13 m² terrace with flowers and garden furniture.
Nearby parking available at the top of Rue de la Liberté or Général de Gaule (free parking spaces nearby).
Sheets and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Baby equipment on request: high chair, cot, bath and stroller. The gîte is air-conditioned (centralized reversible air conditioning - included in the price). Washing machine shared between the 2 gîtes in outside laundry room. Internet access (wifi).
