La Maison de Sophie is a pretty gîte set in a quiet alleyway. Tastefully decorated by its musician owner, the house is spacious and warm, with a beautiful grand piano in the living room overlooking the outside. With its enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, swimming pool and deckchairs, shaded dining area under the trees, hammock... everything is in place for you to enjoy your time outdoors. Once you've parked your car in front of the house, you can explore the town on foot or by bike.

On two levels, the house is composed of :
- Large kitchen/dining room: fridge/freezer, 5-burner gas stove and oven, dishwasher. Wooden table and 8 chairs, desk.
- Large living room with grand piano, sofa, armchairs, coffee table and connected TV.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, dressing room and shower room (Italian shower and basin). Separate WC.
First floor:
- Air-conditioned attic bedroom: 2 beds 90x200cm, velux window, cupboards and desk.
- 2 double bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, wardrobes and garden view.
- Shower room / WC with shower cubicle, washbasin and independent balcony.

Outside, private 800m² enclosed garden, private 7x3m swimming pool (1.50m deep) open from April to October, secured by alarm, terrace with garden furniture, plancha and hammock.

Reversible air conditioning in living room and attic bedroom. Private parking space in front of the gîte in the alley. Baby equipment available on request. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included.
