Welcome to La Maison de Cahuette! This detached villa is nestled in the heart of Provence, between Alpilles and Luberon. Surrounded by 2 hectares of alfalfa, this spacious and comfortable house promises a relaxing stay in total freedom, just a few minutes from the charming village of Cabannes.

The house opens onto a vast private outdoor space: a 19 m² covered terrace for shady meals, a large secure courtyard, a petanque court for friendly games, not forgetting a superb swimming pool area (8x4m, max depth 1.6m) and a 6-seater Spa under cover (salt-treated), perfect for relaxing in total privacy. Weber barbecue and gas plancha are available for summer evenings.
Please note: the proximity of a main road may generate some noise pollution outside, but this is offset by good insulation inside.

Inside, you'll enjoy a cosy living room with leather sofa and armchairs, wood-burning stove, connected TV with SFR box channels and Netflix access, and a bar for your aperitifs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area for 6 (high table and bar stools). Three comfortable bedrooms (one on the first floor) can accommodate up to 6 people. The house includes a bathroom with large corner bath and double basin on the first floor and a shower room with large walk-in shower on the first floor. Separate WC downstairs.

Bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, fiber-optic wifi, reversible air conditioning, underfloor heating/cooling... all included. Pets (2 dogs max.) welcome at no extra charge (enclosed exterior).

From the Holiday cottage, explore the narrow streets of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the flea markets of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue or the colorful markets of Eygalières. Hiking, canoeing on the Sorgue, cycling or discovering Provence's most beautiful hilltop villages: the choice is yours!
