Detached gîte on the heights of Marseille, enclosed plot in a quiet neighborhood 7 km from the Port de l'Estaque

On the heights of Marseille, near l'Estaque, gateway to the villages of the Côte Bleue, detached house on private grounds (parking on gated property). You have access to a flower-filled, landscaped garden with garden furniture and deckchairs (artificial turf), and in the distance, a beautiful view of Marseille harbor and the first calanques. The owners live in the house directly in front, so there's nothing to live opposite.

Ground floor: living room opening onto terrace (a few steps), with fitted kitchen (washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker), sitting area with sofa, dining area. Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 1 single bed (90x200cm), room opening onto the outside and its relaxation area (garden furniture/transat). Two bathrooms/wc with large shower.
Upstairs, bedroom with 160x200cm bed and sofa, cot.

Electric heating (included) - air-conditioning - Wi-fi - bed linen and towels provided - housekeeping on request - electric plancha table - cot and high chair.
For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.
Very nice, quiet neighborhood.
The accommodation is not suitable for festivities.

At the bottom of the neighborhood, arriving at the small port of l'Estaque, shuttle buses run all summer long to the city center, or to the nearby train station to discover the resorts of the Côte Bleue: here too you'll find wild creeks...
