This holiday cottage features a heated and secure Piscine, located 800 meters from the sea; the first Calanques are 4 kilometers away. The garden is filled with trees and flowers and includes 1 parking space, swings, and a ping-pong table, This air-conditioned holiday cottage is located in the Calanques National Park. It’s just a 2-minute drive from the sea and a 10-minute walk. It’s located on the first floor of the owners’ villa, with views—from the south-facing terrace—of the lush, flower-filled garden, the Piscine, and the hills. Separate entrance.

The terrace, shaded by vegetation and a large retractable awning, features a “Krampoutz” electric grill, a table, and 4 chairs, plus lounge chairs.

On the first floor: living/dining room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner stove (3 gas, 1 electric), refrigerator, freezer, oven, range hood, dishwasher, and washing machine, electric coffee maker, and Senseo-style coffee maker

Bedroom 1, south-facing: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe with mirror

Bedroom 2, west-facing: 2 adult-sized beds (200 x 90) + 1 mirrored wardrobe
Bathroom with corner shower, sink, and heated towel rack. Separate toilet.
Private flower-filled terrace (13 m²), accessible from the bedroom and living room, with patio furniture and a barbecue. Heated, fenced-in pool (8x4.20, depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.85 m, open May 1–October 15) shared with the owners; pool hours: 10:30 a.m.–12:30 PM–2:30 PM/6:30 PM.

Bed linen and towels provided. No pets allowed. Baby bed, high chair, and baby bathtub provided upon request. Internet (Wifi).

RULES: No parties at the holiday cottage; no guests allowed. The only people permitted access to the holiday cottage are those listed on the contract.
