The terrace, shaded by vegetation and a large roller blind, features an electric "Krampoutz" barbecue, table and 4 chairs, + deckchairs.

1st floor: living/dining room with sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo, dining area. Fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner hob (3 gas, 1 electric), fridge, freezer, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher and washing machine, Delonghi espresso machine for ground coffee.

Private 13 m² flowered terrace accessible from bedroom and living room, with garden furniture and barbecue. Enclosed heated Piscine (8x4.20, depth 1.20 m to 1.85 m, open May 1/October 15) shared with owners, pool opening hours: 10:30/12:30 - 14:30/18:30.
