Welcome to La Grande Pugère! This majestic vacation home in Provence, whose history dates back to the 15th century and which became a royal coaching post in the 18th century, once hosted Napoleon himself before his exile to Elba. Located in Trets, in the heart of Provence and surrounded by vineyards, this family home—passed down from generation to generation since 1769—combines historic charm with contemporary comfort.

Accommodating up to 12 people, this spacious home features 6 bright bedrooms, including 3 on the ground floor with double beds (160x200 cm) and 3 upstairs with Twin beds (90x200 cm) (which can be pushed together), one of which has its own private bathroom. Five bedrooms have ceiling fans, and a portable air conditioner is available.
Three modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, one bathroom with a bathtub, and 4 toilets—including one separate one—ensure great comfort for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen (full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, De’Longhi coffee maker, SodaStream, etc.) opens onto a cozy dining area and offers a breathtaking view of the Piscine. The living room, with its flat-screen TV, board games, and Wii console, is the perfect place to relax.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a spacious, enclosed garden, a 14-meter-long private Piscine, hammocks in the shade of the trees, bicycles available for use, and a large, secure parking area. Although the property is located near the RN7, the house faces away from the road, ensuring no noise disturbances inside.

Just a few kilometers away, go hiking on the trails of Sainte-Victoire or explore the narrow streets of Trets, a charming medieval town. Wine lovers can also discover the region’s wineries or stroll through Provençal markets.
