Sleeping up to 12 people, this spacious house offers 6 bright bedrooms, including 3 on the first floor with double beds (160x200 cm) and 3 upstairs with twin beds (90x200 cm), one of which has its own private bathroom. 5 bedrooms have ceiling fans, and mobile air-conditioning is available. Three modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, one with a bathtub, and 4 WCs, one of which is separate, ensure a high level of comfort for all. The fully-equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, Delonghi coffee maker, SodaStream...) opens onto a convivial dining area with a breathtaking view of the Piscine. The living room, with its flat-screen TV, board games and Wii console, invites you to relax. Outside, you'll enjoy a vast enclosed garden, a 14 m long private swimming pool, hammocks in the shade of the trees, bicycles at your disposal and a large secure parking lot. Although the property is located close to the RN7, the house faces away from the road, ensuring that there is no noise pollution inside.
