The Bayon torrent flows towards the alarm-protected Piscine (20x5m, max depth 1.71, open from 01/05 to 15/10 - 10h/19h - unheated) below the house.

The Holiday cottage overlooks the Sainte Victoire and a field of olive trees from its north-facing terrace, and has a private lawned and shaded area on the west side. Electric barbecue.

Ground floor: Kitchen opening onto the north and west terraces (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine). Living room with sofa and armchairs in front of the fireplace (insert - wood on request), connected flat-screen TV, library.

Upstairs: Paul Cézanne bedroom with 2 single beds (160x200cm) and en-suite bathroom. Chambre Marcel Pagnol with 2 single beds 90x190cm and en-suite shower room. Separate toilet.

Wi-fi access. Bed linen and towels provided free of charge. Propane gas heating included in rental price: quota of 21m3 per week. Beyond that, invoicing at cost price (statement made on arrival and departure in your presence). Electricity: 70 kw per week. Beyond that, charges will be billed at cost.

End-of-stay cleaning on request. Pets allowed on request €30 per week. Table tennis, pétanque. Parking under the oak trees.

Privatization of the entire estate possible. 2 additional rooms can be rented in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage.
