Located on the second floor of a charming Aix town house, La Clématite is a charming Holiday cottage with a pleasant terrace. This 1920s family home, lovingly renovated by the owners, combines Provencal cachet - exposed stone and terracotta floor tiles - with contemporary comfort, thanks to touches of ironwork and air-conditioning. Once you've parked your car, you can walk to the historic center, or explore the surrounding area thanks to a bus stop just 20 meters away. The Rotonde fountain, Cours Mirabeau and Allées Provençales are just waiting for you!

La Clématite is located on the second floor, accessible via a staircase leading to the beautiful terrace. The owners' family home is on the ground floor.
The Holiday cottage is composed as follows:
- Entrance with sunken dressing room and storage cupboards.
- Living room with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, trunk, connected TV, table and 4 chairs.
- Open-plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher and numerous appliances. Breakfast table with 2 chairs.
- Double bedroom with 140x190cm bed, desk with lamp and armchair, closet. Window with garden view.
- Double bedroom with bed 140x200cm, dressing table, trunk, 2 built-in closets. 2 windows overlooking garden.
- Bathroom with shower (thermostatic), washbasin with storage, fan-assisted towel rail, washing machine, tumble dryer and closed WC.

The 30m² semi-covered terrace is equipped with a water point, electric barbecue, 4 deckchairs, sitting area with bench and coffee table, dining area with table and chairs.
Non-private parking spaces in gated cul-de-sac. Bus stop 20m away. Busy road nearby.

Bed linen and towels provided. Bathroom linen supplied. Housekeeping included. Baby kit available on request. Pets not allowed. No parties.
