8 km from Aix-en-Provence, in a 3000 m² green setting (shared grounds), pleasant little gîte, on the ground floor of the owners' house, well soundproofed. Neatly decorated.
Swimming pool shared with owners, secured by alarm (4mx8m, 90cm to 1.75m deep) accessible every day from June 15 to September 30, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 9pm, shared jacuzzi available on request, open all year round, swing with slide, well-equipped summer kitchen (plancha/fridge/hob/kettle/Senseo coffeemaker), charcoal or wood barbecue, garden furniture under pergola.
In the gite, on the first floor: living/sleeping area with flat-screen TV and sofa bed for 2, kitchenette (microwave, oven, extractor hood and 4-burner gas stove).
Bedroom with 2-person bed (160x190cm), wardrobe and desk.
Bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC. Storage space.
Electric heating (actual consumption). Linen and towels available on request. Private, shaded, unenclosed 20 m² terrace with garden furniture in front of the gîte. Private 20 m² covered terrace with large garden furniture (east-facing). Parking. Wi-fi access. Boules pitch.
Housework on request.

les Auvergnats Toujours au top !!

Gîte agréable, bien équipé. La piscine bienvenue avec cette chaleur.
Superbe accueil de Sébastien et Charlotte. Simplicité, générosité et convivialité les caractérises.
Leurs conseils ont été précieux.
Idéalement placé pour visiter Marseille, la Ciotat, les calanques...
